Umihara Kawase (SNES) This game is about a schoolgirl with a bag of holding and a rubber fishing line setting out to rid the world of giant mutant fish. This video plays the longest path of the game having only two bosses. The boss levels are quite long in this movie - they can't really be sped up, but the author of the movie has done his best to make it worth watching. No frogs were harmed in the making of this movie.

Uninvited (NES) "This is a new improved version of the timeattack at this storybook game which is similar to Shadowgate and Deja Vu. In it, you wake up in a crashed car just outside a strange mansion, desperate to explore the ghost-ridden building to find and rescue your missing sister.

Uplink: Hacker Elite (PC) "Anyway, on to Uplink. Long story short, it's an open-ended strategy game. Go for the good ending, and someone's going to have to define when the run actually ends, because the game doesn't. Luckily for that poor bugger, I'm going for a bad ending here.

Valkyrie Profile (PS) "Before I continue, I should bring up some background. I normally kill Gabriel Celeste in 1 PWS chain and kill Iseria Queen in 2 PWS chains. In this run, I have to tack on some extra hits after the 2nd PWS chain vs Iseria, which is similar to Josh's original B ending run vs Surt. This has led some people to believe that changing setups should actually save a turn. All I actually have to do to prevent this is to either get luckier (Lenneth using Guts), equip Lenneth with an Angel Curio (and thus needing to Charge Break), or to just throw in some attacks in one of the first turns.

Vectorman (Gen) "In case you were wondering, the original's time was 16:53. After looking at the one I submitted and this one, I 'm glad I pushed myself to what I can do. I had a 15:08 run ready to go, but it was a bit sloppy so I was thinking, I could do better and I can sub 15 this. Lo and behold, after a day of trial and error and random factors I finally got something down that looks great... But wait! There's more. I initially had a run ready to be submitted but due to life situations and laziness I never got the 14:35 which was the second run. So, I'm sitting around organizing my speed runs and I check out the Vectorman run and I don't like it, so I sit around for some time to better that and I got something that I really liked.

Vectorman 2 (Genesis) I was originally picking up Sonic Gems Collection for Sonic CD, but for whatever reason the Vectorman speedrun caught my eye -it was at that point I found out that it would appear on the aforementioned collection, along with its sequel. Upon playing through, and beating, both, it appeared that VecGun had done a pretty good job, and thankfully left me the easier game.

Vice - Project Doom (NES) "The driving and FPS levels are mostly autoscrolling, so to make them interesting I aimed to get 100% kills and 100% items. This goal was achieved in levels 1 and 4, but not in 10 and 11; I was able to do this in level 10 in version 1, but this time a few more (unhittable) enemies were added, which I could do nothing about. As for level 11, you *could* get 100% items but that would waste time...killing the last enemy ends the level, so that needs to be done ASAP.

Who Framed Rogger Rabbit "As most movie-based games go, this one isn't anything special, but like many other games, I enjoy it for the high difficulty level.

Whomp Em (NES) "Whomp Em is a really fun Mega Man clone. You are an indian boy who is gonna collect 6 totems (I think). These are very much like Mega Mans weapons because each boss gives you a different weapon for different usage.

Wizards & Warriors 3 (NES) "The premise: Soon after the conflict between Kuros and Malkil in Ironsword, Malkil gets right back up and the two fight again for a bit. In the quarrel, Kuros is knocked out and the Ironsword is lost. Malkil, in order to recuperate, heads to the city of Piedup and overthrows the king. Kuros, in his subsequent wanderings, also comes across Piedup, so once again the two are engaged in conflict.

Wizards & Warriors II (NES) "This one is tops on my list of annoyingly hard games (can anyone say ""collision detection?""). If this wasn't a Wizards and Warriors game, I wouldn't have given it a second thought. But, since I happen to enjoy the other games in this series, I had to at least beat the game once, just to say I did. What you see here is that one time.

Wizards n Warriors (NES) "This is an improved version - 72 seconds faster than previously.
Most of the improvement comes from heavy abuse of luck to get blue and pink potions when they are most useful.
In this game you're an armor-clad knight with a big sword. You collect gems to bribe a red knight, kill evil beasts and rescue several ""distressed damsels""."

Yoshi's Story (N64) "I starting thinking about this run back when KennyMan666 submitted his, 'cause I knew his could be improved. But then I forgot about it, so most of the work for this run was done in the last couple weeks. This game is quite fun to play, and it's not very long, at least not for simply clearing Story Mode.
