Final Fantasy Final Fantasy was released for the Nintendo Entertainment System in Japan in 1987 and in North America in 1990. The story focuses on the four "Light Warriors" and their elemental orbs, which have been darkened by four Elemental Fiends. Final Fantasy introduced many concepts to the console RPG genre.

Final Fantasy 2 Final Fantasy II was originally released on the Famicom in Japan in 1988. The story centers on four youths who join a resistance to end the Emperor's military campaign against the world. Final Fantasy II was the first game to introduce Chocobos and Cid.

Final Fantasy 3 The story revolves around four orphaned youths, who are drawn to a crystal of light. The crystal grants them a portion of its power, and instructs them to go forth and restore balance to the world. Not knowing what to make of the crystal's pronouncements, but nonetheless recognizing the importance of its words, the four inform their adoptive families of their mission and set out to explore and bring back balance to the world.

G.I. Joe The player takes control of a team of three G.I. Joe characters, each with their own specialty. The player's goal is to navigate through six stages (with several areas each) on a mission to finally bring down Cobra. The initial character roster consists of Duke, Snake-Eyes, Blizzard, Captain Grid-Iron, and Rock 'n Roll. A sixth character, Hawk, becomes available only for the final stage. Each character leads the team at least once in the entire game, meaning that the character in the given area would be chosen by default. The player would then select the two other operatives to complete their team.

George Foremans KO Boxing The player takes a generic boxer and must go on to defeat other generic boxers in the game in order to take on George Foreman in a 12-round boxing match featuring toe-to-toe action. Instant replays of every knockout provide a realistic pay-per-view look to the action that is going on in the screen. The game uses various camera angles for added realism.

Guerrilla War Originally released for arcades in 1987, Guerrilla War followed the adventures of two unnamed rebel commandos as they raid an unnamed Caribbean Island in order to free it from the rule of an unnamed tyrannical dictator. Along the way the players vanquish hordes of enemy soldiers while attempting to rescue hostages.

The video game features Popo and Nana , collectively known as the Ice Climbers, venture up 32 ice-covered mountains to recover stolen vegetables from a giant condor.

Ikari Warriors You begin as one of two commando warriors: red (Ralf) or blue (Clark). You proceed from the the dropoff point towards the village of Ikari. Enemy soldiers in the area are preventing you from reaching the village. Along the way, you can commandeer enemy tanks to help fight through enemy personnel. The tanks can't be hurt by bullets, but can run out of fuel and sustain damage. If the tank gets in an explosion, or explodes, before you can exit then you will die. |

Jackel The player is part of the Jeep squad and is sent to rescue prisoners in an undisclosed country. The first player jeep is driven by Col. Deckar and gunned by Lt. Bob. The second player jeep is controlled by Cpl. Grey and Sgt. Quint respectively. If the single player mode is selected, then the two players share the same jeep, with one player controlling Lt. Grey, and the second player controlling Lt. Bob.

Kirby's Adventure After Kirby wakes up from his after-lunch nap without having any dreams, he goes to the Fountain of Dreams to investigate. In doing so, he discovers that King Dedede has stolen the Star Rod, the source of the Fountain of Dreams's power, and broken it into seven pieces, giving six fragments to his allies and keeping one himself. Without the Star Rod, all of the inhabitants of Dream Land are becoming restless and unable to dream. Kirby decides to track down the fragments of the Star Rod and bring them back to the Fountain of Dreams in order to restore everyones' dreams.

Krusty's Fun House The player controls Krusty the Clown who must navigate through his Krusty Brand Fun House. Each level is a puzzle in which a number of rats must be exterminated. Using different objects and obstacles, Krusty must create a path for the rats to follow, and guide them towards an extermination device. Other creatures such as snakes and flying pigs attempt to hinder Krusty's progress by injuring him; he must throw pies in order to defeat them.
